As a boutique facility, we operate by appointment only.

This allows us to provide a calm, personalized experience for every guest. Appointment availability is a required component of boarding eligibility. While we may have physical space available for a boarding stay, we are only able to confirm reservations that align with our designated drop-off and pick-up hours. Maintaining structured appointment windows is essential to preserving the calm, low-stress environment our guests are accustomed to.
